Packing Associate

For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Packing Associate to work at a premier manufacturing company in Frankfort, IL.

Pay Rat e :

Days : $17.50 per hour

Nights : $18.50 per hour

Schedule : (You are required to work 2 weekends each month)

12 hours shifts

Days schedule

Week 1 7am-7pm - 4 days

Week 2 7am-7pm - 3 days

Week 3 - 7am-7pm - 4 days

Week 4 - 7am-7pm - 3 days

Nights schedule

Week 1 7pm-7am - 4 days

Week 2 7pm-7am - 3 days

Week 3 - 7pm-7am - 4 days

Week 4 - 7pm-7am - 3 days

What’s a typical day as a Packing Associate? You’ll be :

  • Packing quality finished goods for shipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensuring correct assembly and packaging of finished goods
  • Informing supervisor promptly of any issues related to quality, health, safety, and efficiency
  • Performing quality checks and ensuring correct counts on various product sizes
  • Stacking finished product in the correct configuration for transportation
  • Checking and replenishing necessary supplies at work station
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and a safe work area
  • Completing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Following all company rules, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and duties

  • Preferably have previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
